The Science Of Subconscious Mind
Everyone knows they have a subconscious mind. There are even some people out there who will blame actions on their subconscious. However, most of us have no idea how beneficial and powerful the subconscious can be in our everyday life. To be honest, it's one of the most powerful tools an individual has, and it can be both positive and negative. While this is true, which side you're on all depends on you.
While many people feels it's just a story, the truth of the matter is you can highly benefit from the way you think. The main objective is to believe in that inner voice when the thought process is a motivating and encouraging one. If you're reading this you've probably spent years unconsciously building a negative rapport with the subconscious mind. However, yours works differently then mine. It’s inner voice is unique and in the end it is yours and yours alone.
In the movies you usually see a little miniature person appear on an individuals shoulder giving their opinion about the situation. Obviously we don't see this in the real world, but there are instances when you feel like someone else is talking to you. In all actuality it is someone else, it's you. It's kind of intertwined with that 'gut feeling' a person can get from time to time.
The biggest problem though is when those deep thoughts become negative. If the subconscious mind is telling you that you can't have a good life, then you probably won't. However, you can change this by simply rechanneling your thoughts and making them more positive. It's the only way you will truly start living the life you want.
You will have to plan for tomorrow. The first thing to do is start giving yourself affirmation. Set up areas in your house where you can see the affirmation throughout the morning before work and when you come home from dinner. Write a note here and there that brings positive thoughts. Place a huge screen saver message for you to see every time you turn on the computer. Basically do whatever it takes to give yourself the affirmation needed to change your life.
In today's world, it seems that society is infatuated with losing weight. Unfortunately there are several people out there that keep telling themselves they're fat. When they step on a scale or look into a mirror those negative thoughts just continue to surface. So why not do exactly the opposite? Tell yourself that you're at a perfect weight, or record a voice tone for your phone. This way you constantly hear it throughout the day. Eventually your subconscious mind will repeat it.
It will allow you to reach your weight goals by staying positive and focused on the task at hand. Keep in mind you can do with this anything like making more money, quitting smoking, or any other facet of life you want to change. If you don't believe it, read this story.
