How To Use The Subconscious Mind
Everyone knows they have a subconscious mind. There are even some people out there who will blame actions on their subconscious. However, most of us have no idea how beneficial and powerful the subconscious can be in our everyday life. To be honest, it's one of the most powerful tools an individual has, and it can be both positive and negative. While this is true, which side you're on all depends on you.
While many people feels it's just a story, the truth of the matter is you can highly benefit from the way you think. The main objective is to believe in that inner voice when the thought process is a motivating and encouraging one. If you're reading this you've probably spent years unconsciously building a negative rapport with the subconscious mind. However, yours works differently then mine. It’s inner voice is unique and in the end it is yours and yours alone.
It's the mind within the mind and can become apparent at any given moment throughout the day. The situation you deal with could be as small as keeping a glass of milk from spilling to bigger events like selling your home. Whatever the case may be it's important to acknowledge the inner voice, even if you don't agree with what it's telling you. Once you've reached this pinnacle, then you can start training it to believe in positive situations.
In order to change your way of life, it all starts here. Before we get started you have to want to make different choices throughout your day. Start believing that you can do anything you want to do, and the result will be positive. Granted, it's not like you're going to make a million dollars today or tomorrow, but the next 24 hours will be blessed with a new light.
When you first start your training, it all revolves affirmation. This is where you speak or write positive statements and continue to do it until your subconscious mind is doing the same thing. While there are many individuals who believe that purchasing subliminal messages is the way to go, you don't have to spend the money on something you can do for free.
In today's world, it seems that society is infatuated with losing weight. Unfortunately there are several people out there that keep telling themselves they're fat. When they step on a scale or look into a mirror those negative thoughts just continue to surface. So why not do exactly the opposite? Tell yourself that you're at a perfect weight, or record a voice tone for your phone. This way you constantly hear it throughout the day. Eventually your subconscious mind will repeat it.
Just keep in mind that you can't train your mind to make you win the lottery. Instead, it's important to focus on telling yourself you can do anything. Can you be financially free? Yes. Can you lose weight? Yes. Can you endure any situation and stay calm? Yes. It's a problematic puzzle that must be solved by reaching out to your subconscious mind.
'When I first heard about everything that revolved around the subconscious mind, I just laughed. It was crazy to think that what I wasn't really thinking was actually happening even though I didn't remember thinking it. Hopefully that sentence didn't make any sense because I definitely felt that way in the beginning. The one morning I woke up, fell out of bed, took a shower with no soap, got stuck in traffic and ended up being late, missed a work deadline, burnt dinner, and was so overwhelmed I couldn't sleep that night. After I went back through the day I realized I had been thinking it was going to be a bad day right from the beginning.'
While it took a day like this for Stacey to figure things out, most people just believe the day didn't go their way. In fact, most people never stop to think that it could all be because of the negative thoughts they were constantly engraving in their subconscious mind. Then again, it doesn't have to bee this way if you start training it to channel positive feelings towards all those situations.
Just take a look at the documentary called; 'The Secret.' This movie explains in detail about how you can use the law of attraction to turn your life into something wonderful. Without going into too much detail it acknowledges the fact that our subconscious mind reacts and responds to everything we experience, but more importantly it creates it.
Right now you may be sitting there thinking that this is a bunch of garbage. However, the truth of the matter is that quantum physics tell a different side to the story. This has dated back as far as thousands of years ago when ancient religions used this training in their daily routines.
It is evident that the subconscious mind can create reality in our lives. However, we must practice the various steps of training to give ourselves the best experience of a lifetime. People have created good lives for themselves through using the subconscious mind. If you can visualize doing this yourself, then you've taken the first steps towards a better life.
