How To Use The Subconscious Mind


In order to see all the secret potential hiding within the subconscious mind, you have to believe in its ability. The only way to believe is actually doing it yourself. This involves a high amount of training on your part, which we'll explain more about below. It starts with acknowledgement and once you reach this pinnacle, everything else is downhill from there.

Now, when it comes to your subconscious mind, you're the one who controls those thoughts. You may not feel like you do at first, but when you train it properly the results will be evident. Your subconscious thoughts are basically a mind within your mind that takes a different route to the normal thought process. The usual time when this occurs is when you're faced with a difficult decision or situation.

What it tells you is how to go through your day. It's not about coincidences; it's about communicating with your inner voice and taking advantage of the positive side of things. If you work with the negative side then unfortunate things will occur. So we have to train our minds to think in more positive ways. Getting rid of those thoughts of not being able to do something will go by the way side.

In order to change your way of life, it all starts here. Before we get started you have to want to make different choices throughout your day. Start believing that you can do anything you want to do, and the result will be positive. Granted, it's not like you're going to make a million dollars today or tomorrow, but the next 24 hours will be blessed with a new light.

You will have to plan for tomorrow. The first thing to do is start giving yourself affirmation. Set up areas in your house where you can see the affirmation throughout the morning before work and when you come home from dinner. Write a note here and there that brings positive thoughts. Place a huge screen saver message for you to see every time you turn on the computer. Basically do whatever it takes to give yourself the affirmation needed to change your life.

Keep in mind this isn't always about your job. It could be something like trying to lose weight to look better in that bathing suit. People who are constantly fighting weight issues tend to tell themselves with the subconscious mind that it's just not going to happen. When they do this, it doesn't take long to fall back into all the same bad habits that they were used to doing. So you have to teach yourself to do the opposite. Tell yourself that you CAN lose the weight; you do look good in a bathing suit, and start training your subconscious mind to think that way as well.

Over time you will notice that your ideal weight is being reached. However, this can work for any situation. So if you need to make more money, butter your finances better, build a better body, or just make it through the day then you'll want to start with affirmation.

'When I first heard about everything that revolved around the subconscious mind, I just laughed. It was crazy to think that what I wasn't really thinking was actually happening even though I didn't remember thinking it. Hopefully that sentence didn't make any sense because I definitely felt that way in the beginning. The one morning I woke up, fell out of bed, took a shower with no soap, got stuck in traffic and ended up being late, missed a work deadline, burnt dinner, and was so overwhelmed I couldn't sleep that night. After I went back through the day I realized I had been thinking it was going to be a bad day right from the beginning.'

Let's be honest, most of you are going to shrug this information off. You're going to sit there and think that something as small as changing your subconscious mind is not going to solve your problems. One thing to understand is that you won't find any coincidences in life. Instead you will create your daily events just by the way your mind communicates with the subconscious mind.

It delivers explanation after explanation about how a person can tap into that inner world and suck out all the positive aspects of life that are hiding inside. What it comes down to is the Law of Attraction and how it can change your life in a positive way.

Some of you are probably sitting there laughing or thinking this is crazy talk. Don't worry, someone else is probably doing the same thing, but those who feel this way are usually the ones who need the most help. Seriously, if you feel this way right now your subconscious mind is giving you negative thoughts.

When it's all said and done, the subconscious mind has to be trained. Unknowingly you have spent years training yourself to think and react a certain way to various situations. While this may be true for you, there are others out there who have used this to their advantage to make tons of money and be extremely successful. Whatever the case may be, you have to constantly visualize what you want and communicate it to your subconscious mind.
