believing that great things will happen to you actually come to pass?
The first thing you have to do is think about what it is that you
want.
Try making a list of what you want. Make a list of everything, from
what you want to look like to everything you've ever wanted to have.
The next step is the simple one: Make yourself believe that you are
the person on that list.
Harnessing the power of your subconscious mind in this way is actually
quite simple. Focusing your mind on believing things that aren't yet a
reality is an effective technique that has worked for millions of
people. This method shares similarities with the law of attraction,
which also involves the same fundamental practice of believing that
you have already met your desired goals.

your actions. Think about all of those times you expected a negative
outcome to occur. It happened, didn't it? If you are spending your
