What Are The Dangers Of Using Power Of Subconscious Mind?
The mind is probably the most powerful and impact force in creation and you should not underestimate the power of your subconscious mind. Remember that no matter what a person says or does all action originates in the mind. In some instances, the actions of the mind are manifested on a conscious level.
For example, if you wish to change the channel on the TV, you think about it and then you do so. But, have you ever noticed you picked up the remote and quickly changed a channel without ever once thinking about why you did what you did? If so, have you ever stopped to think about your actions? More than likely, you did not because the action was a subconscious one. Without knowing it you were using subconscious mind power!
Before we get deep into this conversation, it's important to understand how an action occurs. Normally you might be sitting in front of the TV and want to change the channel. The conscious mind will tell you to pick up your remote and press the appropriate button. However, there are times when you see maybe a commercial you don't like and automatically change it without even giving it a second thought. This occurs because you've trained your subconscious to change the channel when that particular commercial is on.
It is only through utilization of their full potential that people learn to let go of the material wants and needs of the world and focus on their true potential as human beings. Don't be afraid of the subconscious mind; it's a reservoir of untapped potential. Thinking it only contains negative outcomes is an example of negativity breeding negativity.
When you want to achieve a daunting goal that is looming in front of you, for example, you might find yourself overcome with a feeling of weariness and tiredness. This is something that is a natural stress response to something that you do not want to do. With the power of affirmation working behind you, though, you'll find that you can actually beat this state of mind and look for a better way to approach the task at hand. This is something that can make a huge difference.
If you are working towards major obstacles to overcome, the process is the same way. It doesn't matter if you're addicted to gambling, drinking, drugs, smoking, or even shopping, because it can all be fixed. However, if you sit there and tell yourself that it's just not going to happen, then it won't. Now, we hope you understand just how important it is to change your subconscious thoughts.
While all of the information above is great, there are several other options out there. We always recommend doing the ones that suit your needs, but the more you do the better the results. For instance, if you are using the affirmation process, you may want to add a little post hypnotic suggestion to the routine. Granted you'll have to find a trustworthy hypnotherapist, but it's just another option. Then of course it that sounds a little farfetched, try listening to a few pre-recorded hypnosis articles.
You may also want to look into a brand new process know as binaural beats or brainwave synchronization, which will let you listen to special sound frequencies using headphones. Because the two sounds that you are hearing are different, it forces the two hemispheres of your brain to synchronize. This in turn will put you into a deep meditative state that lets your conscious self get in touch with your subconscious mind.
Think about how much further this sort of thing can be taken. With Buddhist monks, for example, the amount of control that they can exert over their subconscious mind can result in something that looks supernatural in nature!
