Is Learning To Use Power Of Subconscious Mind Dangerous?


The power of your subconscious mind is vast and capable of a lot more than you think it is. Every action you take originates in your mind whether you're conscious of it or not. It is a major force in creative endeavors and in life shaping events.

Just think about how many times you've drove home from work and you disappear in your thoughts. After a minute or two has passed, you've made two right turns, sat at a red light, and passed several cars. Then when you come to you wonder how in the world you got down the road. It happens all the time, but it's just something that we usually take for granted.



Through the proper harnessing of the power of the subconscious mind, an individual can truly live out his or her true potential. Far too often we are told about the 'evils and dangers' that lurk in the subconscious. While there is certain value in understanding the dark side of human psychology, only looking at the negative comes with many unfortunate consequences.

However, that same concept can be run in reverse. Thinking of the positive outcomes of an action can make them come closer to their realization. This need not be complicated, it's not rocket science. It's using what's called the Law of Attraction to bring positive outcomes to your life. It's a simple process and anyone can do it.

The first way most people do is affirmations; this is repeating 'I can do it' to yourself in regards to achieving a goal, much like The Little Engine That Could did in the children's novel.

Sometimes, you need to be a bit more proactive; when faced with a task you're putting off, affirm to yourself the positive benefits of completing the task. Remind yourself that you can do it, and think about all the things you can do when it's done. People who mark their calendars counting down to a holiday are one example of this.

As with anything else in life, the key is to focus on the benefits. While it may seem selfish in some ways, you should use this to focus on what's good for you. Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you're a work in progress and note the improvements you've made, and focus on the improvements and goals you want to achieve. This will cause your task to resolve itself with the minimum interruptions and distractions.

You can use affirmations to change other habits. People have used them to stop smoking and drinking, and to cut back on eating to lose weight. Many people have used affirmations to improve job performance, boost confidence and win over new clients. Even science has shown that this works, through behavioral studies.



Biowave synchronization is another new technique coming out. Based off of studies of Tibetan monks, it uses drum beats at slightly different frequencies to synchronize the halves of the brain, and requires noise cancelling headphones to get the best benefit out of. Like Tibetan meditation drums in a properly structured room, it puts the subjects into a deep meditative state and lets the conscious self communicate with the subconscious mind. Buddhist monks take the concept of psychic convergence between the subconscious and conscious mind to new heights. They've been known to levitate, turn invisible and withstand extremes of temperature that mere men cannot.

There is evidence that this can actually be taken much further. Buddhist monks for example are able to use the power of their subconscious mind so successfully that they can exhibit what some would call 'supernatural' powers such as levitation and invisibility.



This type of thinking has been known to date as far back as the ancient religions. They were able to use the logic behind quantum physics and show the world just the kind of abilities our minds actually have within them. However, before you start training, the first thing that needs to be noted is that you have to have an open mind. If you believe it is possible, then it will be.

In the end our subconscious mind is far more advanced then we ever thought possible. If you are looking for a positive change in your life, then you shouldn't overlook the manipulation process of your subconscious mind. It will leave you with a better way of live and new opportunities to choose from in the near future.
