How Do You Define Power Of Subconscious Mind?
The mind is probably the most powerful and impact force in creation and you should not underestimate the power of your subconscious mind. Remember that no matter what a person says or does all action originates in the mind. In some instances, the actions of the mind are manifested on a conscious level.
Just think about how many times you've drove home from work and you disappear in your thoughts. After a minute or two has passed, you've made two right turns, sat at a red light, and passed several cars. Then when you come to you wonder how in the world you got down the road. It happens all the time, but it's just something that we usually take for granted.
It is only through utilization of their full potential that people learn to let go of the material wants and needs of the world and focus on their true potential as human beings. Don't be afraid of the subconscious mind; it's a reservoir of untapped potential. Thinking it only contains negative outcomes is an example of negativity breeding negativity.
However, that same concept can be run in reverse. Thinking of the positive outcomes of an action can make them come closer to their realization. This need not be complicated, it's not rocket science. It's using what's called the Law of Attraction to bring positive outcomes to your life. It's a simple process and anyone can do it.
Quite possibly, the simplest way one can guide the subconscious mind it through the power of affirmation. As one would logically assume, affirmation refers to the ability to remind oneself of positive aspects of life in order to achieve a desired result.
As with anything else in life, the key is to focus on the benefits. While it may seem selfish in some ways, you should use this to focus on what's good for you. Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you're a work in progress and note the improvements you've made, and focus on the improvements and goals you want to achieve. This will cause your task to resolve itself with the minimum interruptions and distractions.
When you want to do things like stop smoking or if you want to overeat, or quit drinking, affirmations can be enormously important. Constantly repeating your affirmations can help you tap into your subconscious mind and help you change your behavior; it doesn't matter whether you are writing down your affirmations or speaking them.
Other ways to tap into the power of your subconscious mind include hypnosis and post hypnotic suggestions. More than the scenario of the Manchurian Candidate, hypnosis is a way to program your subconscious to do things for you. Consult with a hypnotherapist to see if this is the right avenue for you to use.
There is also a relatively new process known as brainwave synchronization or binaural beats, which involves listening to special sound frequencies with headphones. The frequencies are very slightly different in each ear which results in the synchronisation of the two hemispheres of the brain. This puts you almost instantly into a deep meditative state which allows your 'conscious self' to communicate with your subconscious mind.
Think about how much further this sort of thing can be taken. With Buddhist monks, for example, the amount of control that they can exert over their subconscious mind can result in something that looks supernatural in nature!
Though this is something that sounds difficult to believe, the truth of the mater is that quantum physics are show us that we are living in worlds that are controlled by our own minds. So many of these supposedly supernatural phenomenon are created or controlled in scientific experiments using quantum physics.
There is more power in your subconscious mind than you know. Consider what you need to learn when you are thinking about working with it, whether you want to open up new doors or just give up an unfortunate habit.
