Want To Know The True Secret Of Power Of Mind?


You may not know this, but back around the early to mid-80s, we really saw an increase in powerful messages helping the subconscious mind. Most of them dealt with anti-drug slogans and commercials that were just about everywhere. However, there was one that said, 'The mind is a terrible thing to waste.' Well, they couldn't have brought more right.

The subconscious mind has unbelievable power hidden within it. If you've had the opportunity to watch, 'The Secret' you realized the potential and possibly used it to your advantage. Everything revolves around the Law of Attraction and the fact that when you think about something, you will attract it to you. So keep that in mind as we get deeper into the subject.

If you need proof, it all starts with the Placebo Effect. It's the test that revolves around finding two groups, then giving Group A medicine for their ailment, and Group B a placebo. When the case study is researched, they test the minds ability to overcome ailments even if they aren't actually taking any medication. On the flipside, they also observe whether or not a person can make themselves sick just by believing they're already suffering. Some individuals would simply call this a coincidence.

Over a period of time those individuals are studied on how they react to the drug. You've probably seen this in others around your local area, but the fact is some of the people taking a placebo get cured or at least better. While this is great, there are some individuals that get wind of the side effects and end up contracting them even though they've only taken a placebo. Listen, it's not a coincidence because everything happens for a reason.

In order to do this though, you'll have to find a goal. We really don't care what it is as long as it's something concrete and narrowed down. Maybe you just want to save $100 extra bucks a month or make it through the day without being angry, depressed, or upset. Whatever you decide is fine and making it happen will be completely up to you (even though we'll help you every step of the way).

Unfortunately it's not as simple as it seems. Take for instance the person who wants to lose weight. You spend 24 hours a day fighting off those thoughts in your head that say, 'Well if I only have one it will be okay.' Eventually one of them hits home and you find yourself off your diet. It's definitely not a fun situation, but with the proper training you can overcome these obstacles.

One thing you should keep in mind though is that you can have a goal for anything. Self-improvement is one of the best things for someone to accomplish. There is just a certain feeling you get when you shed a couple pounds, tone your body, or just change your personality. Whatever the case is for you, we always recommend trying something small in the beginning. What you'll end up doing is taking advantage of affirmation to change your life.

Okay, let's get started. The first thing you need to do is have a goal. However, it has to be something specific and not a vague one. The very first goal I came up with when I first started understanding the subconscious mind was to make it through the day without getting angry. You know, those slow drivers, lazy co-workers, and the kids at home who can just be exhausting after awhile, can all have their little happenings that irritate you and put you in a mood.

One thing we will tell you is it's not going to be easy. You'll have hundreds of thoughts racing through your head that are both positive and negative. The only way you're going to be able to focus on the good things is by using affirmation. If you can focus everything on obtaining your goals, the power of the subconscious mind will take advantage of the situation. Sure it may difficult to grasp at first, but it's only because it seems so simple.

Seriously, when you go to bed tonight, start telling yourself that tomorrow is going to be a good day. We even suggest writing a few notes that can be placed on your clock, on the bathroom mirror, the closet where the towels are, the fridge, your car, and anywhere else you visit regularly in your home. Then when you wake up in the morning and hit the snooze button, you'll feel that posty-note that reads, 'Today is going to be a good day.' The domino effect will begin and you'll find yourself living your life in a positive matter. Oh, and if something doesn't go the way it was supposed, just put a positive spin on it. For instance, if you spill your coffee just remember that everything happens for a reason. It could be the difference between hitting all the green lights to work or stopping because they're all red.

We have several different examples, but it's important for you to make your own. Once you see it all happening around you, start having bigger goals. Maybe you want a vacation and need that extra money for the trip. Do you go get another job and be exhausted? Probably not, but if you cut out one or two things from your weekly regimen (eating out, golfing, the movies, or even expensive snacks), you can save for the vacation. Remember it's mind over matter, not the other way around.

In all seriousness, you can do this with anything your heart desires. Just remember to think about a small go the first time around and then make it happen. If you can clearly define that goal, you will be amazed at the overall benefits.
