esp Powers And The Power Of Mind
Years ago society was introduced to a long line of commercials to help teens stay away from drugs. The main goal was to penetrate the subconscious mind and let them know, 'The mind is a terrible thing to waste.' It worked and even though the 60s and 70s were the mainstay for drugs, in the eighties those numbers diminished. All because we were able to harness the power of our subconscious mind, the benefits swelled.
There were all kinds of anti-drug messages that hit both the radio and television airwaves throughout those 10 years. In fact, as the popularity progressed you could find billboards all around the highways that basically said, 'Say no to drugs' in one way or another. What we didn't know is how it was affecting the subconscious minds of these young teens. Eventually the drug use amongst teens started to subside or at least that's what the statistics showed us.
Some twenty odd years later we find ourselves focusing more on the subconscious mind then ever before. In today's world we use studies like the Placebo Effect to understand the thoughts that can run through an individuals mind. Can you imagine thinking you're going to take a drug that is supposed to solve a problem and it doesn't? It happens all the time, but most of the time it's because your mind is telling you it won't. This is just one of the many features that revolve around the Placebo Effect study.
Have you ever had the voice in your head telling you that what you are about to do will bring problems? It happens all the time, but only a few of actually listen. A great example is those of you who have road rage. Do you yell and scream at the individuals who are driving too slow in front of you? Does that inner voice say it's going to come back to haunt you? Most likely it will, even if it's 5 or 6 hours from now.
What you will find is that it all revolves around quantum physics. This teaches us that you can create energy around you for anything. Even if we take it a little further, the way it works is your mind creates reality. So if you believe you're going to get in a car accident, and you keep telling yourself you will, then it's going to happen. However, we want you to train your mind to work towards the positive things in life.
While there are a few people who enjoy things such as ESP, telepathy, and psychic power, you don't have to take it that far. The way you use the subconscious mind can work for the smallest things in your life that needs to be changed. Need to eat healthier foods? Then you can train your mind to bring that positive aspect into your life. Just keep in mind it works for everything.
If you can use the power of the subconscious mind, you can have a wonderful life. However, it all starts with you and the way you train your mind for the future. Understanding the importance that revolves around this matter is only the beginning to your new found success. So where does it all start? How about figuring out where you want to go.
The first thing is to have a goal. Without goals people tend to walk through life without meaning. Seriously, if you don't have anything to accomplish, then you become stagnate and pretty much in limbo. If you have a goal then you have something to work towards that is attainable over a period of time. It could be a couple days, a week, a month, or even years before you accomplish it. What it comes down to is how big your goal is to accomplish.
It will probably be difficult at first, but if you stick with it even on the first time out, things will change. All those who already understand the power of their mind constantly work towards their goals. There is no room for being stagnate and just wishing things would be better. You have to make it happen and it all starts with the thought process. The first time around you'll probably have a hard time focusing on just one thought with a million racing through your head.
Just think if you walked outside today and said, 'I'm going to lose 10 pounds before the end of the month.' It sounds good, it probably felt good to say it, but can you visualize yourself doing the work that it takes to lose weight? This is a common mistake that most people overlook, but if you can picture yourself doing it, then it will be so. Keep in mind though it's not just about losing weight. You can make any goal you want, just as long as you unlock the subconscious mind and let it take over. Are you in a bad relationship? Then take the necessary steps to remove that negative part of your life. Whatever the case may be you ought to have a general idea of how this works.
We have several different examples, but it's important for you to make your own. Once you see it all happening around you, start having bigger goals. Maybe you want a vacation and need that extra money for the trip. Do you go get another job and be exhausted? Probably not, but if you cut out one or two things from your weekly regimen (eating out, golfing, the movies, or even expensive snacks), you can save for the vacation. Remember it's mind over matter, not the other way around.
In all seriousness, you can do this with anything your heart desires. Just remember to think about a small go the first time around and then make it happen. If you can clearly define that goal, you will be amazed at the overall benefits.
