What you need to know To Understand Mindpower?


Some experts have said that we actually only use about 10% of our minds' total potential. Imagine what would be like, then, if we could access the 90% that currently remains dormant. We could truly have incredible results.

Scientists are in agreement that people who can use psychic abilities like remote viewing and telepathy must be doing so by somehow accessing this normally unused mindpower. Some people are apparently born able to use these abilities and others only learn to use these natural abilities later on in their lives.

How these abilities are developed and used is not entirely understood yet, but there is still research being done into discovering how these psychic abilities and mindpower can be developed in order to realize our true potential and change our reality.

Studies show that our minds may be able to change the world more than the world can change our minds!

Recently popular films like 'The Secret' explain what is called the Law of Attraction; the theory behind the Law of Attraction is that 'as you think, so shall you be.' Change the way you see things and use your mind's innate power, and you can literally attract anything you want into your life, whether it be monetary abundance or other positive plenty.

If you haven't heard of it before, the Law of Attraction has at its core the assertion that there is a cause-and-effect relationship for everything that happens to us and for everything we do. In other words, what you think about is what you'll get. By communicating with your subconscious and telling it what you want, you can change what you experience. If you don't, your subconscious will assume that you want everything to stay 'as is.' That is, it stays in a state of homeostasis.

What that means is that your subconscious mind is certainly responsible for ESP powers like remote viewing, telepathy, and precognition. However, it also reacts with what can be called the 'universal consciousness,' or universe in general, to manifest everything you could ever want.

Affirmations:- By repeating affirmations to ourselves, they eventually reach the subconscious which then changes your behavior to make the desired outcome a reality. You can use affirmations to break bad habits with affirmations like 'I hate junk food and never eat anything bad for my health'. You could also increase your self esteem by using an affirmation along the lines of 'I am a valuable person who people look to as a role model'.

Use affirmations:- Affirmations simply mean that you repeat a positive phrase several times a day to yourself, and eventually, your subconscious mind picks up on this and integrates the message into a fully formed belief.

So for example, you may need more self-esteem. If that's true, you may say something to yourself like, 'I'm confident and happy' or, you may want to extinguish a bad habit. For that, you may say something to the effect of, 'I'm so happy I'm an ex-smoker.'

Used consistently and repeatedly, affirmations really do work to change the messages your subconscious mind integrates. By communicating directly with your subconscious mind, you tell it something different and slowly over time, it believes it. And ultimately, of course, this different belief also makes you behave differently.

If you take this a stage further, you can realize that ultimately, anything you want to change can change, not just behaviors you might want to change, but anything that currently occurs in your reality. This is truly mind power at its best.

Practice using visualization:- Visualization is another method by which you can develop your mind power. With visualization, you simply close your eyes and imagine what you want to happen. Your subconscious mind is very, very tuned into images or pictures. Therefore, visualize yourself being successful in having everything you've ever wanted. For example, if you want a new house or car, visualize getting those things. A scrapbook may help you with your visualization; placed pictures of everything you want to manifest in the scrapbook and then focus on that scrapbook when you do your visualizations. Do this consistently and you'll see the things you want begin to show up in your life.

Brainwave entrainment:- This can develop mindpower and have other benefits using revolutionary audio technology. Using specially recorded frequencies, your brainwaves can be attuned to the proper frequency to improve memory, release endorphins for pain relief and other beneficial effects.

Using hypnosis:- Hypnosis is another way that you can communicate with your subconscious and therefore tap into the awesome power of your mind. You can visit a professional hypnotherapist or hypnotist. The hypnotist will guide you into a deeply relaxed state and then offer suggestions to your subconscious mind that will help you change bad behaviors or beliefs, or introduce good ones. And contrary to popular belief, you'll remember what has happened to you in your trancelike state even after you have come back to your normal state.

You can also try self-hypnosis, where you listen to a recording of a hypnotherapist performing a hypnosis session. This is advantageous not just because of the cost, but because you can listen to the session again and again.

Every human being already has psychic powers. Normally, these abilities are locked away deep in our subconscious – but using the right techniques can develop your mindpower and allow these psychic abilities to surface.

Other brainwave frequencies can help you get into a meditative state very quickly, so that you can communicate directly with your subconscious mind and therefore facilitate developing your mind power.
