Basically, the law of attraction explains how the principle of cause and effect applies to our own thoughts. Just like our actions, our thoughts are a cause which has an effect and when focused, out thoughts can have the effects which we want to achieve. Our subconscious mind is already believed to be where our psychic abilities such as remote viewing stem from; it appears that the subconscious may also be the way that we communicate with the universe and even shape it to our will.
Through our subconscious minds, we can use our mindpower to channel the universe's energy and tap into our natural psychic abilities; the subconscious is a very powerful thing.
The key to developing your own mind power is to communicate directly with your subconscious mind and make sure it's 'in sync' with what you want. How do you do this, though? There are several ways you can do this.
Repeating affirmations causes them to reach the subconscious and begin altering your behavior to match the affirmation.
So for example, you may need more self-esteem. If that's true, you may say something to yourself like, 'I'm confident and happy' or, you may want to extinguish a bad habit. For that, you may say something to the effect of, 'I'm so happy I'm an ex-smoker.'
Done consistently and repetitiously, affirmations do indeed work to change the behavior at hand. Affirmations work by communicating directly with your subconscious mind, which ultimately changes what your subconscious mind actually does for you. In short, it ultimately makes you behave and think differently.
Now, take this one stage further and realize that whatever you want to change will, not just bad habits or heartfelt desires, but absolutely everything. This is truly mind power.
Use visualizations:- With visualization, use your mind power by closing your eyes and imagining something you want to be true. Your subconscious is very tuned in to pictures, so visualizing yourself as successful in having everything you've ever wanted can help make it come true. If you want new car, visualize a new car. If you want a new house, visualize a new house. Making a scrapbook of pictures that contain things you want can help give you a point of manifestation to focus on. Consistent visualization can help things truly appear in your life that you want.
You can also visualize yourself with psychic abilities. You may visualize yourself using telepathy to communicate, to be able to see into the future, or do remote viewing. If you use mind power, you can literally cause anything you want to happen.
Practicing hypnosis:- You can also communicate with your subconscious mind through hypnosis. One way to do this is to visit a hypnotherapist or professional hypnotist.
