Transfering Your Thoughts And Feelings
It's pretty amazing to think about: people only use around 10% of their brains daily. What could you do if you were able to access the power of the unused 90% of your brain? It appears that there are many possibilities which are not fully explored by most of us hiding right there – and a lot of mindpower going unused.
The scientific community generally agrees that those who possess extra sensory perception and other psychic talents are using some of this 90% of our mindpower which most of us never use. There are those who have these abilities from birth and others who learn to use them in their adulthood.
It's unclear how these psychic powers relate to our mental development, but there is plenty of work going on into finding out how these abilities are developed and how we can change the world around us with our mindpower.
Recently, scientific studies have begun to verify what many ancient religions have said for thousands of years. That is, your reality is simply a result of your own mind. If you change how you think, you can change what you experience as reality. And in fact, mind power itself is truly the only reality present.
Recent and popular films like 'The Secret' explain the theory behind the Law of Attraction. That is, people are beginning to see that if they change how they see things and they used their mind's power, they can attract anything they want into their lives, including abundance of every kind.
What is the Law of Attraction? In a nutshell, it simply states that there is a cause-and-effect for everything. Applied to mind power, it simply says that what you think about is what you're going to get. However, if you communicate directly with your subconscious and tell it what you want, you can change what you think; if you don't, your subconscious and therefore the universe will presume that you want everything to stay just as it is now. This is also known as 'homeostasis.'
The key to increasing your mindpower is to make a link of communication between your conscious mind and the subconscious. There are several ways to establish this communication and through it, develop your mindpower.
Affirmations:- By repeating affirmations to ourselves, they eventually reach the subconscious which then changes your behavior to make the desired outcome a reality. You can use affirmations to break bad habits with affirmations like 'I hate junk food and never eat anything bad for my health'. You could also increase your self esteem by using an affirmation along the lines of 'I am a valuable person who people look to as a role model'.
Practice using affirmations:- Most people know what affirmations are and how to use them. If you repeat a positive phrase to yourself several times a day, your subconscious mind eventually believes that message and changes you reality as a result.
Affirmations can be used to help you become more confident. Try something along the lines of 'I am a confident person who people respect'. You can also use affirmations to help you rid yourself of bad habits with a saying like 'I would never put off my routine of daily exercise'.
As long as they're consistently repeated, affirmations really do work to change your life. By communicating directly with your subconscious mind, you tell it to do something different and it does. It also makes you behave differently, ultimately.
Taking this one stage further, realize that anything you want to change is going to change using this technique, not just bad habits you might want to change but absolutely everything you experience. This is truly the power of your mind at its best.
Practice using visualization:- Visualization is another method by which you can develop your mind power. With visualization, you simply close your eyes and imagine what you want to happen. Your subconscious mind is very, very tuned into images or pictures. Therefore, visualize yourself being successful in having everything you've ever wanted. For example, if you want a new house or car, visualize getting those things. A scrapbook may help you with your visualization; placed pictures of everything you want to manifest in the scrapbook and then focus on that scrapbook when you do your visualizations. Do this consistently and you'll see the things you want begin to show up in your life.
Brainwave entrainment:- This can develop mindpower and have other benefits using revolutionary audio technology. Using specially recorded frequencies, your brainwaves can be attuned to the proper frequency to improve memory, release endorphins for pain relief and other beneficial effects.
There are frequencies which tune your brainwaves to the meditative state where your subconscious mind can be communicated with easily to build mindpower.
Self hypnosis can also be used to develop mindpower. You can use self hypnosis by listening to a hypnotherapy session which has been recorded; this can be listened to any time you want to use self hypnosis and of course, it is also a lot less expensive than visiting a hypnotist.
Using brainwave entrainment:- Brainwave entrainment is a relatively new technology that utilizes audio to synchronize spring race. This instantly changes your brainwaves to a particular frequency. This can result in positive changes in many ways. For example, you may improve your memory, or at another frequency you may release endorphins so that you can alleviate pain and free yourself.
Since these powers are innate in all of us, mindpower is not developed so much as it is unlocked and allowed to take its rightful place in our lives. There are great things which we can do -as long as we can tap into the 90% of our minds which normally go unused.
