The Real Secrets Of Mindpower
It's been said that we only use about 10% of our brains' total potential power. Imagine what it would be like if you could tap into the remaining 90%. In fact, you could get absolutely incredible results.
Scientists have long thought that those with so-called 'extrasensory' or psychic powers have these powers simply because they can access their minds more fully than most people can. It may be that they have been born with the increased capacity in their minds, or they've been able to develop these powers later on.
How these abilities are developed and used is not entirely understood yet, but there is still research being done into discovering how these psychic abilities and mindpower can be developed in order to realize our true potential and change our reality.
There have also been many studies that seem to suggest that our minds really do have the power to shape our world – more than being shaped by the world around them!
Recent and popular films like 'The Secret' explain the theory behind the Law of Attraction. That is, people are beginning to see that if they change how they see things and they used their mind's power, they can attract anything they want into their lives, including abundance of every kind.
The law of attraction is essentially all about how cause and effect works in the realm of our thoughts. Like any other action we take, our thoughts can cause things to happen. When we develop our mindpower and learn how to focus these thoughts, we can use this cause to effect change in the world.
The key to increasing your mindpower is to make a link of communication between your conscious mind and the subconscious. There are several ways to establish this communication and through it, develop your mindpower.
If you want to develop your mind power, you'll need to communicate directly with your subconscious mind. How do you do this, though? There are a number of ways you can do this.
Affirmations:- Affirmations are a powerful means of boosting mindpower by repeating desired outcomes until they reach your subconscious mind; your subconscious then taps into your reserves of mindpower to change your behavior, then making your goals a reality.
So let's say you need more self-esteem. You might say to yourself something to the effect of, 'I have plenty of confidence,' or 'I'm very happy and confident.' Or, you may want to nip a bad habit in the bud and replace it with something else. So if you're trying to lose weight, for example, you can say, 'I always eat good healthy foods to help me stay at a healthy weight.'
Used consistently and repeatedly, affirmations really do work to change the messages your subconscious mind integrates. By communicating directly with your subconscious mind, you tell it something different and slowly over time, it believes it. And ultimately, of course, this different belief also makes you behave differently.
Now, take this one stage further and realize that whatever you want to change will, not just bad habits or heartfelt desires, but absolutely everything. This is truly mind power.
Use visualizations:- With visualization, use your mind power by closing your eyes and imagining something you want to be true. Your subconscious is very tuned in to pictures, so visualizing yourself as successful in having everything you've ever wanted can help make it come true. If you want new car, visualize a new car. If you want a new house, visualize a new house. Making a scrapbook of pictures that contain things you want can help give you a point of manifestation to focus on. Consistent visualization can help things truly appear in your life that you want.
You can also use visualization to cement your belief that you are psychic. See yourself communicating by using telepathy, or being able to foresee future events, or to practice remote viewing. Mind power can help you accomplish anything you want to, literally.
Participate in hypnosis:- Hypnosis is another way you can communicate with your subconscious and therefore develop your mind's power. You can visit a hypnotherapist or professional hypnotist, and he or she will begin your sessions by totally relaxing you and then offering your subconscious direct messages, which you'll remember when you come out of hypnosis.
You can also try to do what's called 'self hypnosis.' Here, you can listen to a tape recording of a hypnotist who is guiding you through a particular session. This has some advantages to live hypnotherapy sessions, in that you can listen to it over and over again, and it's also quite cost effective as compared to live hypnotherapy sessions.

This can result in positive changes in many ways. For example, you may improve your memory, or at another frequency you may release endorphins so that you can alleviate pain and free yourself.
