Applied to mind power, it simply says that what you think about is what you're going to get. However, if you communicate directly with your subconscious and tell it what you want, you can change what you think; if you don't, your subconscious and therefore the universe will presume that you want everything to stay just as it is now. This is also known as 'homeostasis.'
Through our subconscious minds, we can use our mindpower to channel the universe's energy and tap into our natural psychic abilities; the subconscious is a very powerful thing.
The key to developing your own mind power is to communicate directly with your subconscious mind and make sure it's 'in sync' with what you want. How do you do this, though? There are several ways you can do this.

Use visualizations:- With visualization, use your mind power by closing your eyes and imagining something you want to be true. Your subconscious is very tuned in to pictures, so visualizing yourself as successful in having everything you've ever wanted can help make it come true. If you want new car, visualize a new car. If you want a new house, visualize a new house. Making a scrapbook of pictures that contain things you want can help give you a point of manifestation to focus on. Consistent visualization can help things truly appear in your life that you want.
Visualization also works if you want to develop psychic powers within yourself. You can visualize yourself engaging in telepathy to communicate, you can foresee the future, or you can practice remote viewing. If you use mind power, eventually, what you want to happen is going to happen.
Using hypnosis:- Hypnosis is another way that you can communicate with your subconscious and therefore tap into the awesome power of your mind.
