Mindpower And How To Learn Mindpower


Some experts have said that we actually only use about 10% of our minds' total potential. Imagine what would be like, then, if we could access the 90% that currently remains dormant. We could truly have incredible results.

In fact, some scientists have long thought that those with so-called 'extrasensory' perception or psychic powers have these powers because they can actually access different parts of the brain that other people can't. They may have been born with this extra mind power, or they may have been able to develop this mind power later on.

How these abilities are developed and used is not entirely understood yet, but there is still research being done into discovering how these psychic abilities and mindpower can be developed in order to realize our true potential and change our reality.

Some scientific studies are beginning to support what ancient religions have been saying for literally thousands of years. That is, your reality is simply a result of your own mind, so if you change how you think, you can effect change in your reality itself. At its essence, mind power is the only true reality.

The law of attraction is essentially all about how cause and effect works in the realm of our thoughts. Like any other action we take, our thoughts can cause things to happen. When we develop our mindpower and learn how to focus these thoughts, we can use this cause to effect change in the world.

Therefore, your subconscious mind not only controls the ESP powers you have, like precognition, remote viewing, or telepathy, but it also interacts directly with the universe or the 'universal consciousness,' to manifest what it is you experience, including your desires.

Affirmations:- By repeating affirmations to ourselves, they eventually reach the subconscious which then changes your behavior to make the desired outcome a reality. You can use affirmations to break bad habits with affirmations like 'I hate junk food and never eat anything bad for my health'. You could also increase your self esteem by using an affirmation along the lines of 'I am a valuable person who people look to as a role model'.

Using affirmations:- One way to communicate with your subconscious mind is to use affirmations. Affirmations are usually comprised of a positive phrase that you repeat yourself several times a day; eventually, your subconscious comes to believe what this affirmation says so that the affirmation itself comes 'true.'

So for example, you may need more self-esteem. If that's true, you may say something to yourself like, 'I'm confident and happy' or, you may want to extinguish a bad habit. For that, you may say something to the effect of, 'I'm so happy I'm an ex-smoker.'

As long as they're repeated consistently, affirmations really do work to change the message is your subconscious mind received. Communicate with your subconscious mind directly and tell it what to do differently, and it will respond. And ultimately, you'll also behave differently.

Affirmations can be even more powerful than seen in these examples. Affirmations can be used to build mindpower and even change the world.

Visualization:- Visualization is something which is very effective in increasing your mindpower. You need to focus your mind, eyes closed and see the things which you want to happen in your mind. When you keep focusing on the image of what you want, your mindpower will be built up and you'll eventually be able to make it a reality through your efforts.

Visualization also works if you want to develop psychic powers within yourself. You can visualize yourself engaging in telepathy to communicate, you can foresee the future, or you can practice remote viewing. If you use mind power, eventually, what you want to happen is going to happen.

Using hypnosis:- Hypnosis is another way you can communicate with your subconscious and therefore develop your mind power. If you visit a hypnotherapist or professional hypnotist, he or she will help you achieve complete relaxation and will then suggest positive changes to your subconscious mind that you will actually remember once you come out of your hypnotic state.

You can also try practicing self hypnosis. With this, one of the easiest ways to do it is to listen to a tape of a hypnotherapist or hypnotist going through a session. This is less expensive than a live session, and you can also listen to it as many times as you want.

Using brainwave entrainment:- Brainwave entrainment is a relatively new technology that utilizes audio to synchronize spring race. This instantly changes your brainwaves to a particular frequency. This can result in positive changes in many ways. For example, you may improve your memory, or at another frequency you may release endorphins so that you can alleviate pain and free yourself.

Other frequencies are used to tune your brainwaves into the frequency which causes a deep state of meditation which allows the subconscious mind to be communicated with and builds mindpower.
