Meditation And Mindpower-Learn The Secrets!
Some experts believe that we actually only use about 10% of our total mind power capacity. Imagine what would happen if you could actually access the dormant and remaining 90%. We could see literally incredible results.
The scientific community generally agrees that those who possess extra sensory perception and other psychic talents are using some of this 90% of our mindpower which most of us never use. There are those who have these abilities from birth and others who learn to use them in their adulthood.
It's unclear how these psychic powers relate to our mental development, but there is plenty of work going on into finding out how these abilities are developed and how we can change the world around us with our mindpower.
Scientific studies are in fact beginning to support what religions from thousands of years ago have always said. That is, reality is a product of your mind. In other words, if you change how you think, you can literally change reality. It may even be said that mind power is truly your ONLY reality.
Recently popular films like 'The Secret' explain what is called the Law of Attraction; the theory behind the Law of Attraction is that 'as you think, so shall you be.' Change the way you see things and use your mind's innate power, and you can literally attract anything you want into your life, whether it be monetary abundance or other positive plenty.
Basically, the law of attraction explains how the principle of cause and effect applies to our own thoughts. Just like our actions, our thoughts are a cause which has an effect and when focused, out thoughts can have the effects which we want to achieve. Our subconscious mind is already believed to be where our psychic abilities such as remote viewing stem from; it appears that the subconscious may also be the way that we communicate with the universe and even shape it to our will.
The key to increasing your mindpower is to make a link of communication between your conscious mind and the subconscious. There are several ways to establish this communication and through it, develop your mindpower.
If you want to develop your mind power to its fullest potential, you need to communicate directly with your subconscious mind. How do you do this, though? There are a number ways you can do this.
Repeating affirmations causes them to reach the subconscious and begin altering your behavior to match the affirmation.
So for example, you may need more self-esteem. If that's true, you may say something to yourself like, 'I'm confident and happy' or, you may want to extinguish a bad habit. For that, you may say something to the effect of, 'I'm so happy I'm an ex-smoker.'
As long as they're repeated consistently, affirmations really do work to change the message is your subconscious mind received. Communicate with your subconscious mind directly and tell it what to do differently, and it will respond. And ultimately, you'll also behave differently.
Taking this one stage further, realize that anything you want to change is going to change using this technique, not just bad habits you might want to change but absolutely everything you experience. This is truly the power of your mind at its best.
Practicing visualization:- Visualization is another way to develop mind power. With this, you close your eyes and visualize what you want to have happen. Your subconscious is very tuned into pictures, so if you visualize yourself being successful, for example, you can literally have anything you've ever wanted. Visualize a new car or new house, and it will come to you. One helpful technique is to make a scrapbook before you do a visualization so that you have something to focus on as you work on manifesting desires. As long as you do visualization consistently, positive results will appear.
Visualization also works if you want to develop psychic powers within yourself. You can visualize yourself engaging in telepathy to communicate, you can foresee the future, or you can practice remote viewing. If you use mind power, eventually, what you want to happen is going to happen.
Using hypnosis:- Hypnosis is another way that you can communicate with your subconscious and therefore tap into the awesome power of your mind. You can visit a professional hypnotherapist or hypnotist. The hypnotist will guide you into a deeply relaxed state and then offer suggestions to your subconscious mind that will help you change bad behaviors or beliefs, or introduce good ones. And contrary to popular belief, you'll remember what has happened to you in your trancelike state even after you have come back to your normal state.
You can also try to do what's called 'self hypnosis.' Here, you can listen to a tape recording of a hypnotist who is guiding you through a particular session. This has some advantages to live hypnotherapy sessions, in that you can listen to it over and over again, and it's also quite cost effective as compared to live hypnotherapy sessions.
Practicing brainwave entrainment:- Brainwave entrainment is a new audio technology that utilizes brainwave synchronization to change your brainwaves to a particular frequency. This can cause many positive changes. For example, one frequency can give you an improved memory, while another frequency can release natural endorphins that help you alleviate and heal pain.
