Is Mindpower An Easy Thing To Learn?


Some experts have said that we actually only use about 10% of our minds' total potential. Imagine what would be like, then, if we could access the 90% that currently remains dormant. We could truly have incredible results.

Scientists have long thought that those with so-called 'extrasensory' or psychic powers have these powers simply because they can access their minds more fully than most people can. It may be that they have been born with the increased capacity in their minds, or they've been able to develop these powers later on.

It's unclear how these psychic powers relate to our mental development, but there is plenty of work going on into finding out how these abilities are developed and how we can change the world around us with our mindpower.

There have also been many studies that seem to suggest that our minds really do have the power to shape our world – more than being shaped by the world around them!

Popular books about the law of attraction like 'The Secret' show how humans have the ability to use their own mindpower to change their lives and even the world they live in.

If you haven't heard of it before, the Law of Attraction has at its core the assertion that there is a cause-and-effect relationship for everything that happens to us and for everything we do. In other words, what you think about is what you'll get. By communicating with your subconscious and telling it what you want, you can change what you experience. If you don't, your subconscious will assume that you want everything to stay 'as is.' That is, it stays in a state of homeostasis.

What this means is that your subconscious mind is responsible for so-called 'psychic powers' and other special powers like precognition, remote viewing, and telepathy. However, it's also responsible for what you desire because it reacts directly with the 'universe' or what some may call the 'universal consciousness,' to manifest what you attract to you.

The key to developing your own mind power is to communicate directly with your subconscious mind and make sure it's 'in sync' with what you want. How do you do this, though? There are several ways you can do this.

Affirmations:- Affirmations are a powerful means of boosting mindpower by repeating desired outcomes until they reach your subconscious mind; your subconscious then taps into your reserves of mindpower to change your behavior, then making your goals a reality.

So let's say you need more self-esteem. You might say to yourself something to the effect of, 'I have plenty of confidence,' or 'I'm very happy and confident.' Or, you may want to nip a bad habit in the bud and replace it with something else. So if you're trying to lose weight, for example, you can say, 'I always eat good healthy foods to help me stay at a healthy weight.'

As long as they're repeated consistently, affirmations really do work to change the message is your subconscious mind received. Communicate with your subconscious mind directly and tell it what to do differently, and it will respond. And ultimately, you'll also behave differently.

Taking this one stage further, realize that anything you want to change is going to change using this technique, not just bad habits you might want to change but absolutely everything you experience. This is truly the power of your mind at its best.

Practice using visualization:- Visualization is another method by which you can develop your mind power. With visualization, you simply close your eyes and imagine what you want to happen. Your subconscious mind is very, very tuned into images or pictures. Therefore, visualize yourself being successful in having everything you've ever wanted. For example, if you want a new house or car, visualize getting those things. A scrapbook may help you with your visualization; placed pictures of everything you want to manifest in the scrapbook and then focus on that scrapbook when you do your visualizations. Do this consistently and you'll see the things you want begin to show up in your life.

Brainwave entrainment:- This can develop mindpower and have other benefits using revolutionary audio technology. Using specially recorded frequencies, your brainwaves can be attuned to the proper frequency to improve memory, release endorphins for pain relief and other beneficial effects.

Practicing hypnosis:- You can also communicate with your subconscious mind through hypnosis. One way to do this is to visit a hypnotherapist or professional hypnotist. When you do so, the therapist will make sure you are very relaxed and will then make suggestions to your subconscious mind that will be remembered when you come out of the hypnosis.

Self hypnosis can also be used to develop mindpower. You can use self hypnosis by listening to a hypnotherapy session which has been recorded; this can be listened to any time you want to use self hypnosis and of course, it is also a lot less expensive than visiting a hypnotist.
