When we develop our mind training and learn how to focus these thoughts, we can use this cause to effect change in the world. The key to increasing your mind training is to make a link of communication between your conscious mind and the subconscious. There are several ways to establish this communication and through it, develop your mind training. Affirmations:- By repeating affirmations to ourselves, they eventually reach the subconscious which then changes your behaviour to make the desired outcome a reality. You can use affirmations to break bad habits with affirmations like 'I hate junk food and never eat anything bad for my health'. You could also increase your self esteem by using an affirmation along the lines of 'I am a valuable person who people look to as a role model'. Using affirmations:- One way to communicate with your subconscious mind is to use affirmations. Affirmations are usually comprised of a positive phrase that you repeat yourself several times a day; eventually, your subconscious comes to believe what this affirmation says so that the affirmation itself comes 'true.' So if someone needed more self esteem for example, they would keep repeating to themselves at various times throughout the day something like: 'I am a confident person' 'I deserve to be happy' etc. Or they may wish to change a bad habit which would involve them repeating to themselves: 'I always eat sensibly' or 'I no longer feel the need for a cigarette'. With consistent repetition affirmations really do work. You communicate with your subconscious mind, telling it to do something different and it does! It makes you behave differently. Visualization also helps in developing latent psychic talents; by visualizing yourself using abilities like telepathy or precognition, you'll stimulate the part of your mind which controls this ability and your mind training will increase and make your abilities come to the fore. Hypnosis:- Hypnosis well known for increasing mind training, since it allows direct communication with the subconscious mind. You can see a professional hypnotist to be placed into a trance while they give mind training-boosting suggestions to your subconscious mind. Self hypnosis is another option. By listening to a recording of a hypnotherapist session, you can achieve the same results at a cost which is far less than visiting a professional yourself -and you can use this recording any time you like. You can use visualization to help you develop some of the psychic abilities which are naturally present in every human being.
