Transmitting Your Thoughts Using Mind Power


The first thing we need to get out of the way is that your mind is like a magnet. Whatever it thinks, or even sees it will eventually attract. Most of you know this as the Law of Attraction. It's where you let the mind believe that something is going to happen (whether positive or negative) and then it does. However, it's one of the best ways to get everything you want out of life. If you can think it, feel it and envision it first, then it will be so. Just keep in mind it takes a little practice.

Most people do not realize how powerful their mind is. According to research, people only use 10% of their actual brain power. That means 90% is going to waste! Instead of believing in the power of our minds, we stick with what we know and take the easy way. We think our lives are difficult because we do not believe that what we want can actually happen. Our negative thoughts just continue to attract more negativity into our lives. In the end what we think will happen, often does.

Your life as it is today is a reflection of your thinking. What happens in your mind appears in your life because it is what you conceive and believe. What some people call psychic power or ESP actually refers to things that can be created using some of the unused brain power lying wasted. Think about something you want to have happen in your life, then put the power of your mind to use bringing it in to reality. If you believe in negative things, you will bring negative things. If you believe in positive events, then they can occur.

So instead of going through life like them, why don't we teach you the right way to use your mind? It all starts with visualization. If you've ever seen the movie 'Happy Gilmore' with Adam Sandler, his coach in the movie helps him create a happy place to allow him to make the putt. However, there is a time where he tries to think happy thoughts, but the negative ones take over.

Visualization is simply taking the time to think through what it would be like to have achieved your goal, to focus on it, to take it into your mental fortress and let it seep into your subconscious. Make mental images and explore them. It will help you recognize the opportunities to make those images into reality when you encounter them. What this is doing is imprinting your subconscious mind with opportunities to excel. Use this to shape how you want your life to be when this all works.

Another way to build up visualizations and positive mental images is to write a narration to yourself, like a story. Open up a piece of paper and write down the goals you want to achieve, and focus on them. Work backwards from the goal to what needs to happen immediately before accomplishing it. Create your visions out of those steps. Writing things down also imprints it, and makes it harder to forget.

Then of course our favorite is using affirmations. It's not something that is hard to do, and are actually only positive bits of encouragement. It really doesn't matter what it's about as long as it's positive and you continue to do it. An easy example is losing weight. If you encourage yourself to lose eight pounds by the end of the month, then you will. Positive things will happen if you think positive. Just remember it also works the same way with negative thoughts.

One training process that can be interesting is the use of brainwave entertainment. This is where you listen to some sort of audio frequencies to change those thoughts in your mind to positive ones. The mind is one of the best healing utilities your body has and if you can train the mind properly, you can increase this relentlessly. Maybe you've spent the last couple years forgetting more than you're remembering and need a little memory boost. If you use brainwave entertainment, then it will open up that mind power. The only problem about this avenue is that it's an advanced procedure and should only be done after you perfect those beginning stages.

One of the gateways to your subconscious mind and its inherent mind power is hypnosis. An example is hypnosis training to quit smoking, and hypnosis training to lose weight or break other addictive behaviors. The subject goes to a session, relaxes and listens to someone tell them over and over again that they don't want to do the behavior in question, they no longer have the desire and so forth. Then it happens for them. This is just the Law of Attraction getting a boost from a hypnotherapist.

If you believe something positive can occur, it can. Everyone has the ability to use their mind power to achieve those things they want to achieve. You can turn your life from a series of negative experiences to a life filled with positive experiences. It may take longer that you would like but if you put positive energy into the world, it will come back as positive energy. The subconscious mind is the starting place.
