Transmitting Your Thoughts Using Mind Power


Our minds are like magnets. What they think and envision, they eventually will attract. This is called the law of attraction and it is a powerful function of the mind. If you believe something strongly enough, according to the law of attraction, it will occur. If you can think and feel and believe that you will have a great life, then you will. First you must imagine it and that takes practice. But with persistence in anything you do, you can achieve success. The mind is a remarkable thing.

The Law of Attraction works even if you don't believe in it. Whether you choose to use your mind power positively or not is up to you; we only use 10% of our brain's capacity for conscious thought, the rest is a well of untapped unconscious potential, and you're using it now whether you admit to it or not – and people who find fault in everything tend to use it to pull more trouble to them.

Your life as it is today is a reflection of your thinking. What happens in your mind appears in your life because it is what you conceive and believe. What some people call psychic power or ESP actually refers to things that can be created using some of the unused brain power lying wasted. Think about something you want to have happen in your life, then put the power of your mind to use bringing it in to reality. If you believe in negative things, you will bring negative things. If you believe in positive events, then they can occur.

We don't want you to continue down this path and since you're reading this, you probably don't want to either. The best way to change your normal daily process is by visualizing everything in a positive manner. If you want a new car then you need to picture yourself driving to work and watching everyone complement you on your new ride. Then again, if you visualize the loan not going through then it won't.

Visualization is simply taking the time to think through what it would be like to have achieved your goal, to focus on it, to take it into your mental fortress and let it seep into your subconscious. Make mental images and explore them. It will help you recognize the opportunities to make those images into reality when you encounter them. What this is doing is imprinting your subconscious mind with opportunities to excel. Use this to shape how you want your life to be when this all works.

Goal setting is something anyone who's ever had to use a day planner remembers. You write everything down that you want to get done and then you break it down into steps. Read the list every day, and focus on one item on the list and try to make it a reality. Do this every day, and you'll find that you're reaching goals you'd been putting off for years.

Then of course our favorite is using affirmations. It's not something that is hard to do, and are actually only positive bits of encouragement. It really doesn't matter what it's about as long as it's positive and you continue to do it. An easy example is losing weight. If you encourage yourself to lose eight pounds by the end of the month, then you will. Positive things will happen if you think positive. Just remember it also works the same way with negative thoughts.

One training process that can be interesting is the use of brainwave entertainment. This is where you listen to some sort of audio frequencies to change those thoughts in your mind to positive ones. The mind is one of the best healing utilities your body has and if you can train the mind properly, you can increase this relentlessly. Maybe you've spent the last couple years forgetting more than you're remembering and need a little memory boost. If you use brainwave entertainment, then it will open up that mind power. The only problem about this avenue is that it's an advanced procedure and should only be done after you perfect those beginning stages.

Related to that is hypnosis, which works on a similar principle. The subject goes into a hypnotic trance and lets their subconscious mind open up to take new impressions. Hypnotherapy recordings are a lot like hearing someone repeat the same positive message, over and over again. This can be used to curb addictive behaviors, induce people to lose weight, even boost self confidence and positive imagery. It's getting the subconscious mind to do some work on your behalf.

Everyone has mind power, and it's just a matter of harnessing it. The way to take control of your life is to believe in the power of positive thinking and to let the Law of Attraction work for you under your conscious and subconscious direction. It won't happen overnight, but there are significant benefits to be had. The only thing holding you back is your mind.
