How to Describe Mind Power


The first thing we need to get out of the way is that your mind is like a magnet. Whatever it thinks, or even sees it will eventually attract. Most of you know this as the Law of Attraction. It's where you let the mind believe that something is going to happen (whether positive or negative) and then it does. However, it's one of the best ways to get everything you want out of life. If you can think it, feel it and envision it first, then it will be so. Just keep in mind it takes a little practice.

Most people do not realize how powerful their mind is. According to research, people only use 10% of their actual brain power. That means 90% is going to waste! Instead of believing in the power of our minds, we stick with what we know and take the easy way. We think our lives are difficult because we do not believe that what we want can actually happen. Our negative thoughts just continue to attract more negativity into our lives. In the end what we think will happen, often does.

What happens within your mind creates the reality before you. What you now have in your life is the result of what your mind has been able to conceive. Some people believe in the psychic power and ESP but what is really taking place is that these people are using more of the brain power that often goes unused. If you think about something that you want in life, then you can exert your mind power into making it happen. If you believe the worst is going to happen, if often does.

So instead of going through life like them, why don't we teach you the right way to use your mind? It all starts with visualization. If you've ever seen the movie 'Happy Gilmore' with Adam Sandler, his coach in the movie helps him create a happy place to allow him to make the putt. However, there is a time where he tries to think happy thoughts, but the negative ones take over.

In order to do this the right way you're going to have two choices. The first thing is to close your eyes and watching it all takes place. Even if this means picturing yourself walking onto the car lot and going through the whole process, then do it. The more times you can see it happening, the more chance you'll end up accomplishing this goal. This is how you open up all the potential surrounding your mind.

Another benefit is to write down everything on a piece of paper. You can make it factual; write a story, or anything that will help you reach your goals. If you do write something down, it's important to make a visualization of everything. Once you learn to do this several times throughout the day, those thoughts will become a reality in the back of your mind.

Affirmations are another important technique. Anything that helps boost your positive self image is a worthwhile tool for getting the Law of Attraction to work for you. Think of them as giving yourself an encouraging boost. Keep telling yourself that you'll meet a particular goal, like losing 10 pounds in a month, and you'll eventually believe it and it'll become a habit.

One training process that can be interesting is the use of brainwave entertainment. This is where you listen to some sort of audio frequencies to change those thoughts in your mind to positive ones. The mind is one of the best healing utilities your body has and if you can train the mind properly, you can increase this relentlessly. Maybe you've spent the last couple years forgetting more than you're remembering and need a little memory boost. If you use brainwave entertainment, then it will open up that mind power. The only problem about this avenue is that it's an advanced procedure and should only be done after you perfect those beginning stages.

One of the gateways to your subconscious mind and its inherent mind power is hypnosis. An example is hypnosis training to quit smoking, and hypnosis training to lose weight or break other addictive behaviors. The subject goes to a session, relaxes and listens to someone tell them over and over again that they don't want to do the behavior in question, they no longer have the desire and so forth. Then it happens for them. This is just the Law of Attraction getting a boost from a hypnotherapist.

All you have to do is believe that you can do something and you will be able to do it. Everyone has mind power. It may not happen as quickly as you like, but you can begin to turn your life around bit by bit. You simply have to believe that what you put out into the universe in the form of positive energy will come back to you as positive energy. It all begins within the subconscious mind.
