Minds are like magnets, and yours is a powerful one. What it thinks and sees, it will eventually attract; this relationship between the mind and reality is called the Law of Attraction, and it’s one of the greatest manifestations in the world of the mind altering reality. You can use the Law of Attraction to change your personal fortune, and your relationship with money. It’s about the power of belief and believing that something good will happen rather than letting life roll you downstream like a pebble in the current.

While all this is true, most of us can’t get past the negative aura of the past. You’ve probably spent several years trying to overcome that negativity with no positive results. Even if there have been successful moments in your life, most of the negative ones end up being more memorable. What it comes down to though is people just don’t like change. When life can be simplified, many individuals believe this is enough. Unfortunately this isn’t the case, and it’s time to make a change.

However, there is a time where he tries to think happy thoughts, but the negative ones take over.

Visualization is simply taking the time to think through what it would be like to have achieved your goal, to focus on it, to take it into your mental fortress and let it seep into your subconscious. Make mental images and explore them. It will help you recognize the opportunities to make those images into reality when you encounter them. What this is doing is imprinting your subconscious mind with opportunities to excel. Use this to shape how you want your life to be when this all works.

Another benefit is to write down everything on a piece of paper. You can make it factual; write a story, or anything that will help you reach your goals. If you do write something down, it’s important to make a visualization of everything. Once you learn to do this several times throughout the day, those thoughts will become a reality in the back of your mind.

Affirmations are another excellent means of increasing your mind power. An affirmation is a positive statement you make about your life as you go through your day. They are statements that encourage you and they can be about anything as long as they are positive. Using an affirmation to increase the power of your mind to bring about weight loss will look something like this: It will feel so good to be 10 pounds thinner by the end of the month. As you state what you expect to be true, it will eventually become true. It may feel a bit uncomfortable at first but if you do anything consistently for 28 days it becomes a habit.

Another way to develop more mind power is by using brainwave entrainment. This involves the synchronization of brainwaves and uses dissimilar frequencies by audio technology. Our brains can do several things at once quite naturally. It has the power to heal itself, for example. Using advanced audio technology this can create enhanced ability to do so. It also can improve memory and awaken our natural psychic powers. Mind power can be greatly enhanced through the use of these different frequencies. This is an advanced method of expanding mind power but it brings amazing results.

Related to that is hypnosis, which works on a similar principle. The subject goes into a hypnotic trance and lets their subconscious mind open up to take new impressions.
