Years ago society was introduced to a long line of commercials to help teens stay away from drugs. The main goal was to penetrate the subconscious mind and let them know, ‘The mind is a terrible thing to waste.’ It worked and even though the 60s and 70s were the mainstay for drugs, in the eighties those numbers diminished. All because we were able to harness the power of our subconscious mind, the benefits swelled.

We understand it was a long time ago, but understanding the power of your mind has been studied for generations. Most recently you’ve probably been subjected to The Secret, which is a documentary revolving around the Law of Attraction. If you haven’t seen the movie or read the book, it basically tells us that we can attract anything we think about each day.

Some twenty odd years later we find ourselves focusing more on the subconscious mind then ever before. In today’s world we use studies like the Placebo Effect to understand the thoughts that can run through an individuals mind. Can you imagine thinking you’re going to take a drug that is supposed to solve a problem and it doesn’t? It happens all the time, but most of the time it’s because your mind is telling you it won’t. This is just one of the many features that revolve around the Placebo Effect study.

Over a period of time those individuals are studied on how they react to the drug. You’ve probably seen this in others around your local area, but the fact is some of the people taking a placebo get cured or at least better. While this is great, there are some individuals that get wind of the side effects and end up contracting them even though they’ve only taken a placebo. Listen, it’s not a coincidence because everything happens for a reason.

This thought process works its way into quantum physics. What quantum physics teaches us is that you create the energy that surrounds. Without going into a deep technical answer, the short version is that you create everything around you. In fact, it tells us that the observer is the one that creates matter and energy, which is what your world is made up of today.

Unfortunately it’s not as simple as it seems. Take for instance the person who wants to lose weight. You spend 24 hours a day fighting off those thoughts in your head that say, ‘Well if I only have one it will be okay.’ Eventually one of them hits home and you find yourself off your diet. It’s definitely not a fun situation, but with the proper training you can overcome these obstacles.

Once you reach this point and start believing in the unlimited potential that surrounds your subconscious mind, the training process can begin. It will allow you to enjoy and have a better life then you ever imagined. All you have to do is focus on a few techniques and then everything else is downhill from there.

Once you get the smaller projects complete, then it will be time to move onto bigger and better things. What’s the first thing that comes to mind for you? It might be different, but most people dream of having a nice house. It’s definitely in the top 3 major decisions you’ll have at least once in your life. The only question is; how are you going to go about getting it? The affirmation that unleashes the power in the subconscious mind will put everything in motion. Well, as long as it’s a positive thought process.

One thing to keep in mind is that you’re going to be hearing all kinds of thoughts throughout the day. This will cause the first few instances to be difficult when focusing on a positive matter like your next goal. Even though you might be telling yourself this is going to happen, there will be a host of other inner voices telling you why it’s a mistake. Don’t worry; it’s normal and just part of your training.

You are going to have to deal with all the ins and outs of the subconscious mind. It’s important for you to understand that you can change your life by creating everything around you. This takes us back to the theories around quantum physics again and that it truly is mind over matter. How many times have you told yourself you can’t make a certain payment on time? Did you do it, or did you spend money elsewhere because you didn’t think it was feasible? We could on and on, but you get the idea.

How would you feel if you wanted the house of your dreams, then all of the sudden you were able to afford it? Pretty good right? What if a year from now you actually own it? These are the kinds of things you can do to make your life a whole lot better. If there is anything we recommend as a goal, it has to be to take a vacation. Everyone needs them, especially if you never take one.

All you have to do is put your mind to it. Once you train it to change your life for the better, it will actually start happening. The only question is whether or not you’re ready to make that leap.
